Packaging Design
I learned my trade as a packaging designer and have had the opportunity to design a lot of FMCG packaging over the years for numerous clients, including major retail brands like Sainsbury’s and Aldi.
Here are a few examples of packaging designs I’ve worked on since setting up on my own. If you would like to see my comprehensive portfolio from my time spent working for larger design agencies, please get in touch.
Nickolls and Perks approached me to come up with ideas for their wine tasting postal box concept—an innovative solution that gained popularity during lockdown. I was tasked with devising creative ways to deliver a curated selection of wines and tasting notes directly to customers’ homes, providing a virtual wine cellar experience accessible from the comfort of their living rooms.
A range of cosmetic packaging concepts designed for a high-end resort, featuring bottles that elegantly capture the essence of their surroundings. Each design reflects the luxury and natural beauty of the resort, offering a blend of sophistication and harmony with its environment.
Creating branding and packaging for Teddo Play was a pleasure. This educational business specialises in high-quality flash cards covering a variety of learning themes, and I was asked to help develop a brand identity and packaging for their super convenient magnetic boxes.
I was tasked with a logo refresh and new packaging for Pawfect Delights. It was crucial to maintain the essence of the original logo, which featured the owners’ two sheepdogs, Fred and Florrie, showcasing their agility. I refined the illustration and integrated the brand name within a new ‘agility hoop’ design.
The packaging needed to be cost-effective and adaptable for different products, so we opted for printed kraft paper bags paired with colourful flavour stickers.
